The 2017 Vintage started with a cool and wet spring followed with about three to four weeks of blue skies and temperatures in the high 20s. The even temperatures, cool nights and long ripening period provided us with some excellent fruit across all varieties. A true Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, blackcurrant and mulberry flavours with fine tannins makes it the perfect partner for food.
