08 Aug Baked Cheese
Equal parts: Camembert, Brie, Edam, Gouda
In an appropriately sized baking dish (according to the size of your cheese) place some baking paper in the bottom. Add the cheese and bake in a 180c oven for 8 – 12 minutes depending on the size. Serve in the baking dish.
We recommend serving baked cheese with some fresh crusty bread, pickles and quince paste.
