After sparkling on arrival, you'll kick off the session with a tasting by Meg, renowned as one of Australia's top wine judges and all-round legend. Once you're a pro at tasting wine, you'll start exploring different ingredients, aided by Tyson of 2-hat restaurant O.MY. As a group, you'll decide your favourite components which pair to the wine.
