Wine Club Terms and Conditions

By joining as a member of the Huddle Club I accept the following terms and conditions:

I certify I am over 18 years of age;

I acknowledge by joining the Huddle Club I am purchasing a wine membership (Legends $160.00 or Heroes $300.00). Rob Dolan Wines will debit my credit card four times a year from and including the sign up date until I cancel my membership.

I understand I can expect to receive the appropriate credits (referred to as Dolan Dollars) to my Rob Dolan Wines account upon the direct debit every 3 months. I understand I will be sent an email advising me that Rob Dolan Wines will direct Debit my credit card every 3 months from my initial signup date. I can notify Rob Dolan Wines by phone if I wish to cancel my membership prior to my credit card being charged.

I acknowledge all prices stated on this website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Signing up for the Huddle Club is a membership commitment at the nominated frequency (i.e. quarterly).

I agree to submit any cancellation requests via phone to (03) 9876 5885 and I acknowledge that every effort will be made by Rob Dolan Wines to accommodate the cancellation of my membership.

I agree that upon cancellation, any accounts in arrears must settle account balance within 7 days of confirmed cancellation.

I agree that upon cancellation any remaining account funds can be refunded up to a total of $160 AUD for a legends membership and $300 for a heroes membership, if cancellation takes place within 3 months of the last subscription payment.

I agree it is my responsibility to keep my address current. All orders require adult signatures and business addresses are recommended. I understand if I would like to obtain information regarding Rob Dolan Wines Privacy Policy I can view a copy here.

I understand that my Huddle Club membership discount is only valid for use by myself, the named member of the club and extends only to my nominated spouse or partner. If I, the named member of the Huddle Club are not present or presiding over a transaction, this discount cannot extend to any other immediate family or friends.
