Huddle Club Wine Membership Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
The Rob Dolan Wines Social Media Competition (the “Competition”) is open to legal residents of Australia], aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Rob Dolan Wines and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
- Entry Period:
The Competition begins on September 19 and ends on November 10, 2023, at 11:59 PM [Australian Eastern Standard Time].
- How to Enter:
To enter the Competition, participants must complete the official entry form provided on Rob Dolan Wines’ official social media platform(s) or website (hereafter referred to as “Entry”).
Participants may enter only once during the Entry Period.
Entry must be complete and accurate to be eligible.
- Prize:
One (1) winner will be chosen at random on November 11, 2023.
The prize for the Competition is a Rob Dolan Wines Huddle Club Wine membership valued at $2000, which includes:
- 2 tickets to the annual Pick + Stomp: Part 1 + 2 event.
- 12 bottles of Pick + Stomp wine delivered to the winner’s home before Christmas.
- A complimentary tasting at Rob Dolan Wines’ Cellar Door with one of their wine specialists.
- 15% off regular RRP on all bottle purchases at the Cellar Door.
- An exclusive invite to the annual Huddle Club Christmas in July celebration.
- A quarterly seasonal pack of wines delivered to the winner’s door.
- Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random on November 11, 2023, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in their Entry within 3 days after the random drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected at Rob Dolan Wines’ discretion.
- Prize Claim:
To claim the prize, the winner must follow the instructions provided in the notification.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitutions.
Rob Dolan Wines reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility before awarding the prize.
- Publicity:
By entering the Competition, participants grant Rob Dolan Wines the right to use their name, image, likeness, and Entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By entering the Competition, participants agree to be contacted by Rob Dolan Wines for Marketing Purposes. They can opt out at any time.
- General Terms:
Rob Dolan Wines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
Rob Dolan Wines is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries.
Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Privacy:
Any personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with Rob Dolan Wines’ privacy policy.
