Made from fruit sourced from a single vineyard in Nenagh Park by Rob Dolan, Adrian Santolin + the team.

This Rosé is made from hand-picked fruit, cool fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled early, to maintain freshness of fruit.

Rob Dolan is known for his skill in the winery, passion for helping others, and cheeky character.

He says the trick is sourcing the best fruit, and from there, using a ‘less is more’ approach in the winery to bring the wine it to its full expression.
