We let the juice take in colour, texture and flavour from the skins, resulting in a crisp and textural Pinot Gris with a unique blush colour.

Crushed berries spend 12 hours on skins to gently extract colour and aromatics.
30% of the wines is aged in 100% new French oak for 9 months, 70% is aged in 1st + 2nd use oak for 9 months.
