2018 Black Label Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir made to be rich and bold for food pairing. Richer plum and backing spice works with the stronger tannin profile and to make a wine perfect for pairing with medium-bodied meats such as pork loin or duck breast.

2017 White Label Cabernet Sauvignon

“In contrast to the warm and compact growing season of 2016, Vintage 2017 saw a return to more traditional con-ditions. A cool and wet spring delayed budburst and flowering and consequently we had a later start to harvest in early March. Some truly ideal weather followed with about three to four weeks of blue skies and temperatures in the high 20’s with no heat spikes. The even temperatures, cool nights and long ripening period provided us with some excellent fruit across all varieties.” Rob Dolan – Winemaker.

2018 Black Label Four + One

“2018 turned out to be a true benchmark vintage in the Yarra Valley producing wines that will cellar well for many years. A punter would have got long odds for such a vintage in December with summer rains and high humidity making viticulturists nervous. The odds shortened quickly as weeks of mild temperatures, blue skies and perfectly timed showers ensued allowing for even ripening and bountiful crops. Careful consideration had to be given to picking times to ensure ideal ripeness, fruit flavour, acid, balance and structure. All in all 2018 was a vintage of quality across all varieties, with Upper Yarra Pinot Noir and Chardonnay excelling and Cabernet Sauvignon knocking our socks off.” – Rob Dolan – Winemaker

A cool climate shiraz proving powerful flavour can carry itself with finesse. With all the flavours you love in shiraz like plum, cherry, and a little mocha; our cooler climate leads to a more refined style with softer tannin and weight than you see in shiraz from warmer parts of Australia.

Devour beef brisket, roast lamb or tomato-based dishes with this wine, with the ripeness to match a big flavour, but enough restraint not to override it.

2018 Black Label Two Barrel Batch Muscat

A rich and luscious digestif. Our Two Barrel Batch has been made from up to 25 year-old Rutherglen wines. With sweet flavours of raisin, toffee and fruitcake, this is the perfect sipping digestif.

Pair with fruitcake, dark chocolate, or rich cheese.
