2020 True Colours Sauvignon Blanc

We make our Sauvignon Blanc a bit like the French do. By putting 50% in oak barrels, we create a richer texture, a style which really suits the Yarra Valley; you’ll still taste bright, citrus-driven flavours, but with a rounder mouthfeel.

Great with green vegetables, oysters, fish, fresh herbs, mild vinaigrettes and goats cheese.

Method: machine harvested


Process: destemmed + crushed, with some whole bunch. Cold settled + racked to oak
Fermentation: fermented cool in first and second use French oak (50%). Balance stainless steel
Barrel: 50% matured for 6 months
Alcohol: 12.9%
