2018 Black Label Pinot Blanc

A delicate wine with complexity and fruit restraint. Although round in body, it’s crisp and refreshing, boasting notes of apple, white peach and nectarine. Enjoy with lighter foods, or preferably on a lounge outside in the sun!

Pair with subtle flavoured-foods; light fish, salads and vegetable dishes.

Wine Notes

Colour: pale straw
Aroma: citrus, pink grapefruit + lemon blossom
Palate: lemon rind, peach, crisp finish
Cellar: up to 10 years, will become more complex with time


Region: Alpine Valley
Vineyard: single vineyard – Daisy’s
Harvest: early March 2018
Method: hand picked


Process: whole bunch press, racked clear juice to stainless steel for fermentation
Fermentation: cool ferment at 15 deg Celsius to retain fresh, floral notes
Alcohol: 12.5%
