A delicate wine with complexity and fruit restraint. Although round in body, it’s crisp and refreshing, boasting notes of apple, white peach and nectarine. Enjoy with lighter foods, or preferably on a lounge outside in the sun!
Pair with subtle flavoured-foods; light fish, salads and vegetable dishes.

Cellar:up to 10 years, will become more complex with time

Process:whole bunch press, racked clear juice to stainless steel for fermentation
Fermentation:cool ferment at 15 deg Celsius to retain fresh, floral notes
