A rich chardonnay specially made for food pairing. Lots of flavour, a strong acid line and a creamy texture are the keys to a great food-pairing chardonnay… which is exactly what we’ve done. Expect ripe stone fruit flavours, plus cashew and orange zest, and a lingering finish.

Pair with sweet potatoes and other sweet vegetables, rich creamy foods like risotto or carbonara, soft, creamy cheeses.

Method:hand picked


Process:whole bunch pressed, settled overnight and racked with heavy solids to barrel for ferment

Fermentation:fermented and matured in French hogshead for 10 months
