It’s all about the fruit! Coming from a cracking vintage, this chardonnay heroes the Yarra Valley fruit, with with just a touch of oak exposure.

Pair with simple salmon preparations (simply poached or with a buttery sauce), caesar salad or chicken salads that include peach, mango or macadamia nuts

Method:hand + machine picked


Process:combination of whole bunch pressed + de-stemmed/crushed parcels

Fermentation:solids fermented in barrel (20%), stainless (80%)
