Italian for little rascal (and rightly so!) this grape which originates in the Piedmont region in Italy is tough to grow, but worth the reward.

Arneis cuts through the texture of salmon while creating a delicious mineral base for the umami flavours.

Made with grapes from Yarra Valley’s Murramong Vineyard by Rob Dolan, Adrian Santolin + The Team.

The grapes were crushed, destemmed and cold settled overnight. Racked to barrel with light solids for barrel ferment, matured on lees for 9 months prior to bottling.

is known for his skill in the winery, passion for helping others, and cheeky character. He says the trick is sourcing the best fruit, and from there, using a ‘less is more’ approach in the winery to bring the wine it to its full expression.
