2019 CHARDONNDAY

A modern Yarra Valley Chardonnay. Clean and fresh with stone fruit flavours. A friend for food, but also delicious its own.

Made from Murrummong and Immerse Vineyards in the Yarra Valley by Rob Dolan, Adrian Santolin + the team.

This Chardonnay spent 10 months in seasoned French oak to round out the body, and 10% underwent malolactic fermentation for complexity.

Rob Dolan is known for his skill in the winery, passion for helping others, and cheeky character.

He says the trick is sourcing the best fruit, and from there, using a ‘less is more’ approach in the winery to bring the wine it to its full expression.
